I refer to this article on NST online.
"KUALA LUMPUR: Teachers will only support any move to make a pass in English compulsory in the SPM if there are enough qualified teachers to teach the subject.
National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) president Hashim Adnan said that although it supported the proposal in principle, there were not enough qualified teachers to teach the subject now."
Maybe this is the cause of the problem after all?

Just look at the terrified motorcyclist and civilians. I bet they didnt come out from that place alive.
It just made me sad.
